The team

The people
on your file.

Our partners appear across the Supreme Court, the High Courts and the specialist tribunals and commissions. A mandate is led by the partner whose practice fits it, and stays with that team from first instruction to final order.

On record

Supreme Court matters conducted through to final hearing

65+

Years of practice across the team

APTEL

Regular appearances before the electricity tribunal and commissions

NCLT

Standing company law and insolvency practice

Every matter is conducted by a partner.

Our associates research, draft and prepare matters under the direction of the partner conducting them, and attend conferences and hearings as part of that work. Day-to-day correspondence on a matter is often theirs. The conduct of the case, and the advice a client acts on, remain the partner’s.

The bench is growing, and Punjab and Haryana is the firm’s second front. Further associate profiles will be published here as they join.

How a mandate is staffed

01

Continuity to the last court

A matter that reaches the Supreme Court stays with the counsel who ran it below. Because the firm acts on record there, the file does not change hands at the point the record matters most.

02

One counsel, named

Every file is led by a named advocate identified at the outset, with direct contact details. There is no relationship manager between you and your counsel.

03

A team sized to the matter

We do not staff to fill capacity. Where a hearing calendar overlaps or a diligence is document-heavy, we add hands; otherwise we do not.

Tell us the problem.
We will tell you, plainly,
where you stand.

Whether it is a tariff order to be appealed, a hearing already listed, or a notice that has just been served, we will tell you where you stand before you instruct us.
